In this pivotal role, you'll manage loss prevention for multiple locations within the Greater Toronto Area. You'll analyze and enhance asset protection measures, facilitate training for store teams, and conduct comprehensive investigations into theft incidents. Relationship-building with district managers and HR ensures effective communication in asset protection initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve asset protection strategies
• Train team members on theft deterrence methods
• Evaluate store operations for compliance and efficiency
• Conduct interviews related to internal dishonesty
• Maintain asset protection systems in optimal condition
Requirements:
• 3-5 years’ experience in multi-unit retail asset protection
• Proven ethical handling of sensitive situations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the district
• Formal training in interview techniques preferred
