Security Screening Specialist North York

In this role, your primary responsibility is ensuring the integrity of secure production areas by screening all personnel and equipment. You will rigorously follow Security Operation Procedures, write detailed reports, and conduct regular checks on security equipment. Your effective communication will assist in maintaining a visible security presence and fostering a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute screenings at point of entry to secure areas
• Write and submit Shift Activity Reports
• Identify prohibited items during security checks
• Interact with diverse individuals to enhance screening feedback
• Adjust staffing levels according to checkpoint traffic flow
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security License required
• 3 years of relevant security experience or equivalent customer service
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to maintain focus in a quiet environment
• Vehicle access preferred for job mobility
