As a key part of the team, you will provide crucial support for residents while upholding the values of The Salvation Army. Responsibilities include conducting facility rounds, managing visitor access, and generating important incident reports. This role directly contributes to protecting and serving those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide safety and security to residents and staff
• Handle front-line reception tasks effectively
• Log and distribute documentation accurately
• Monitor and assist in resident access
• Facilitate fire safety and evacuation procedures
Requirements:
• Two years of Community College education preferred
• Experience in social services or mental health settings
• Proficiency in multi-line telephone systems
• Background in security operations and customer service
• Ability to undergo vulnerability screening successfully
