Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise security staff operations to enhance guest safety

• Answer guest inquiries and address safety concerns effectively

• Manage hiring, training, and evaluations of security personnel

• Assist in ensuring compliance with all security regulations

• Document incidents and security irregularities thoroughly

Requirements:

• Preferred 2 years of experience in similar roles

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security Guard License and Smart Serve

• Strong judgment and teamwork capabilities

• Ability to manage physical demands, including lifting

• Must be available full-time during concert season
