Position: Security Supervisor for Paladin Security

This supervisory role is crucial for maintaining security protocols and ensuring that site staff follow necessary procedures. You will motivate your team while handling documentation for any incidents and providing support during training for mandatory certifications. Your leadership ensures that all security guards are equipped with the right skills to maintain safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct and motivate the security team effectively

• Conduct security audits and document incidents

• Implement and supervise shift work schedules

• Ensure adherence to Paladin's security protocols

• Perform proactive security patrols to mitigate risks

Requirements:

• Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid/CPR Level C needed

• At least one year of healthcare security supervisor experience preferred

• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal

• Proof of double Covid Vaccination required for employment

• Required certifications in UOF/MOAB must be completed pre-employment
