Security Concierge

Position: Security Concierge Role
Become a part of First Service Residential as a Security Concierge, offering vital assistance to residents across Toronto, Markham, Richmond Hill, and Mississauga. This dynamic position emphasizes strong customer service and maintaining safety protocols.

This role requires you to effectively communicate with residents, address their requests, and uphold security measures in various Ontario locations. You will manage vendor access, respond to emergencies, and maintain cleanliness throughout the property. A valid Ontario Security License is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify residents' questions and provide directions

• Ensure safety procedures are followed

• Patrol properties and respond to incidents

• Handle sensitive information confidentially

• Update documentation regularly on security incidents

Requirements:

• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focus

• Preferred completion of relevant business/security courses
