Mall Patrol Officer Eaton Centre

Serve as a Mall Patrol Officer for Cadillac Fairview at the Toronto Eaton Centre. This unionized role specializes in maintaining safety and security for all visitors.

Your main responsibility focuses on patrolling the mall, ensuring tenant safety, and enforcing security protocols. You'll respond to emergencies, assist with crowd control, and maintain visibility throughout the property. A commitment to customer service will enhance the overall shopping experience while adhering to established security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patrol all areas of the Toronto Eaton Centre complex

• Respond to various emergency situations promptly

• Assist in enforcing the Centre’s Rules & Regulations

• Prepare detailed incident reports and memo book entries

• Manage mall lockdowns and access control as needed

Requirements:

• Must have valid CPR and First Aid certificates

• Security Guard license under PSISA required

• Successfully complete annual Use of Force training

• Strong grasp of Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and multitask
