Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with and assist residents and visitors directly
• Oversee visitor management and property inspections
• Execute regular property patrols to ensure safety
• Document incidents and maintain accurate reports
• Provide emergency assistance and first aid when necessary
Requirements:
• Ontario Secondary School Diploma required
• Must possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License
• First Aid and CPR certification a must
• Ability to perform regular patrols and stand long hours
• Strong English communication skills essential
