Join as an Event Security Guard, earning $19/hr, for a temporary contract from July 15 to July 25, 2026. Flexibility in shift times is essential.
As an Event Security Guard, you will play a key role in ensuring safety and managing crowds didates must have a valid Ontario Security Licence and First Aid/CPR certification. Your experience in security and customer service will help create a secure and welcoming atmosphere during the event.
Key Responsibilities:
• De-escalate conflicts using effective verbal strategies
• Escort medical and emergency personnel as needed
• Report security breaches following established protocols
• Conduct access control duties for authorized personnel
• Oversee crowd control and assist with visitor flow
Requirements:
• Valid Ontario Security Licence required
• First Aid and CPR certification needed
• Security experience in events is preferred
• Understanding of emergency response and security procedures
• Ability to stand and walk for extensive periods
