As a vital part of the security team at Allied Universal, you'll conduct regular mobile and foot patrols, ensuring safety and security.

Your role demands a strong commitment to customer service as you interact with shoppers, tenants, and visitors. You will manage incidents professionally, engage with security technologies, and collaborate with property management to uphold safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct mobile and foot patrols across the shopping centre

• Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and vandalism

• Respond to security incidents and emergency calls

• Investigate and document incidents per site procedures

• Monitor CCTV and security systems effectively

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of security experience in retail environments

• Valid Ontario Security Guard and Class G Driver's Licences

• First Aid and CPR Certification

• Strong communication and report writing skills

• Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends
