Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor alarms and respond to alerts promptly
• Communicate with managers and security guards across Canada
• Perform accurate data entry for IMMIX and related applications
• Write and understand incident reports effectively
• Conduct daily briefings and confirm guard well-being
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and French
• Experience in call centres or security preferred
• Strong computer skills are an asset
• Availability for 24/7 shifts
• Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
