Position: Security Services Technical Specialist Role
Become a Security Technical Services Specialist with METRO in Ontario, dedicated to asset protection and effective security measures. Drive the success of Loss Prevention strategies while managing critical security operations across sites.

In this role, you will assess the security needs of stores while supporting Human Resources goals. Collaborating closely with various teams will be essential as you manage technical assets, ensure proper installation of equipment at new constructions, and maintain vendor relationships for security services. This role is key to safeguarding METRO's resources and enhancing operational safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage security asset operations and technology

• Assess security strategies for new store projects

• Foster collaboration with teams to address Loss Prevention

• Control budgets for security and safety measures

• Liaise with vendors for security installations

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education or similar experience

• Understanding of security protocols and retail environments

• Valid driver’s license for frequent travel

• High level of organizational skills

• Ability to work in fast-paced conditions
