Facility Access Control Lead

Lead the Facility Access Control team with A.S.P. Incorporated in uptown Toronto. This role focuses on security oversight, access management, and delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Facility Access Control Team Lead, you will support the shift supervisor while ensuring the security team's professionalism and safety protocols are met. You will manage vehicle and pedestrian access, conduct outdoor patrols in all weather conditions, and perform administrative tasks like scheduling updates. Your strong leadership will help maintain a secure environment at events and concerts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in oversight of site security team

• Control vehicle and pedestrian access at entry points

• Conduct outdoor patrols and observations

• Manage daily operations and guard schedules

• Train and mentor new team members

Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 months security experience

• Ontario Security Guard License required

• Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification

• G driver’s license with clean abstract

• Strong communication skills for radio and reporting
