Securiguard is looking for an Undercover Retail Security Agent to focus on crime deterrence and customer service roles across retail locations in Toronto and the GTA. This full-time luxury involves hands-on engagement in loss prevention with a valid Ontario Security Guard License required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and apprehend theft suspects legally

• Collaborate with team to maintain security standards

• Conduct regular CCTV monitoring and site inspections

• Provide crisis assistance during emergencies

• Prepare incident documentation and evidence reports

Requirements:

• Two years in retail loss prevention or similar

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid & CPR Certification

• In-depth knowledge of security protocols and criminal laws

• Exceptional communication and customer service abilities

• Flexibility to travel across multiple locations
