Sephora Canada is seeking an Asset Protection Manager to oversee operations in the Greater Toronto Area. This full-time hybrid role focuses on reducing shrink while fostering a safe shopping experience.
As a District Asset Protection Manager, you will be instrumental in creating and executing strategies to protect company assets in the Southwestern Ontario region. You will lead and develop a responsive team while implementing training programs aimed at minimizing losses. Your 3-5 years of relevant experience will contribute to an effective asset protection culture in our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze asset protection activities and identify improvement areas
• Manage employee training on shrink prevention methods
• Conduct operational evaluations and oversee compliance
• Investigate incidents of fraud and theft
• Maintain all asset protection systems for optimal use
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in asset protection or loss prevention
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Knowledge of laws affecting retail environments
• Proficient with MS Office and asset protection tools
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
