This role offers flexible hours while overseeing key security operations.
In this role, you will supervise screening procedures, interact with diverse personnel, and ensure that only authorized individuals access secure areas. Your experience in security and your written communication skills will be significant as you prepare Shift Activity Reports and follow established protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Screen personnel entering secure zones using metal detectors
• Document incidents and activities as per procedure
• Conduct routine equipment checks at shift start
• Monitor flow of traffic and staffing needs
• Enforce compliance with security regulations
Requirements:
• Must hold a valid Ontario Security License
• First Aid and CPR certified
• 3 years of security experience or 5 years of customer service
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
• Ability to travel on short notice
