In this role, you'll take charge of an assigned portfolio as an Account Manager, focusing on client relationship management and staff leadership. Your responsibilities will include site visits, quality assurance, and risk identification. Collaborate with various departments to implement continuous improvement strategies and ensure operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as primary contact for client accounts
• Conduct site visits to ensure service compliance
• Build relationships with Property Managers and clients
• Train and support security personnel and staff
• Address operational risks and performance concerns
Requirements:
• Three years’ experience in security or account management
• Proven leadership and coaching skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
