Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular patrols to ensure premises safety
• Document incidents and equipment malfunctions
• Communicate with residents and property management
• Address and resolve resident complaints effectively
• Support property management with additional tasks
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of concierge security experience
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ontario Security License required
• Valid First Aid and CPR certificate needed
• High school diploma or equivalent
