As the Director within BMO’s Financial Crimes Unit, you will spearhead the Operational Resilience Program, ensuring alignment with compliance requirements and operational guidelines. This role combines analytical reporting with oversight responsibilities, leveraging Power BI for effective data visualization and storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage comprehensive resilience guidelines
• Produce vulnerability assessments and regulatory status reports
• Guide operating groups in resilience responsibilities
• Present program status to internal and external stakeholders
• Track remediation progress of operational controls
Requirements:
• 7–10 years of leadership within operational risk
• Expertise in non-financial risk regulations and cybersecurity
• Advanced Power BI and presentation skills
• Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
