Position: Metro Ontario Security Investigator Needed
Step into a critical role as a Security Investigator with Metro Ontario. This full-time opportunity focuses on investigations and Loss Prevention across stores and distribution centers.

As a Security Investigator, you will oversee internal investigations and coordinate security measures that enhance the operational security of Metro Ontario Inc. The position is temporary until December 2026 and requires proficiency in both CCTV technology and collaboration with law enforcement for effective results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead internal investigations with comprehensive support

• Set up CCTV for investigative purposes and evidence collection

• Advise stores on security issues and Loss Prevention strategies

• Produce detailed reports for all investigative actions

• Liaise with Metro teams and coordinate with law enforcement

Requirements:

• College diploma in Law & Security or Criminal Justice

• At least 3 years' experience in retail investigation

• License as a Private Investigator preferred or in progress

• Excellent interviewing and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license and readiness for flexible hours
