In this hands-on position, you’ll supervise 1 to 4 security guards, ensuring that operations run smoothly and that client needs are met properly. This involves training staff, coordinating emergency responses, and preparing various progress reports. You'll also deal directly with maintenance and equipment issues, providing technical advice to enhance daily productivity. Communication is key as you navigate client interactions and team activities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• 1 to 2 years of supervisory experience
