Take the lead as a Security Team Lead with Paladin Security at CF Shops at Don Mills, Toronto. This full-time position requires proactive security measures and adept team leadership to foster a secure shopping experience.
In this important role, you'll assist the Site Supervisor while leading a committed team of 2-6 security guards. You will leverage your interpersonal skills and strong communication to manage incidents and report daily operations effectively. Your efforts will significantly contribute to maintaining safety in this popular shopping destination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Site Supervisor in operations and reporting
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals
• Conduct comprehensive security patrols and responses
• Ensure adherence to established safety protocols
• Write reports and act promptly in emergencies
Requirements:
• Valid Security License for Ontario and G license
• Minimum of 1 year experience in security roles
• Certification in First Aid & CPR Level C
• Ability to perform extensive patrol duties
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
