Securitas Canada is hiring event security officers for an upcoming gathering in Downtown Toronto. Enjoy competitive pay and flexible shifts while ensuring safety and security at the venue.
This large event on June 23rd, 2026, requires over 50 security personnel to manage a variety of tasks. Responsibilities include managing crowd flow, responding to emergencies, and ensuring that only authorized personnel access the site. Previous experience in event security is an asset, but all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• De-escalate situations and ensure safety
• Escort medical professionals when needed
• Respond to emergencies and perform CPR and AED
• Report any security breaches to supervisors
• Carry out access control duties and foot patrols
Requirements:
• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License
• First Aid and CPR Certificate required
• Capability to stand/walk for long durations
• Familiarity with emergency response procedures
• Flexibility for various shift availability
