Retail Security Guard

Position: OCS UK Retail Security Guard
Become a Retail Security Officer at OCS UK, where you will protect the store environment and ensure safety for customers and staff. Your visibility will deter criminal activity and enhance customer service.

This role involves a hands-on approach to security operations in a retail setting. As a Retail Security Officer, you will patrol the premises, monitor security devices for unusual activities, and assist customers with their queries. Your proactive approach will enable you to respond effectively to incidents and collaborate with management to enhance safety measures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide visible security presence throughout the store

• Monitor CCTV and respond to any suspicious behavior

• Conduct regular safety and security patrols

• Document detailed reports regarding incidents and observations

• Engage with management to resolve security issues

Requirements:

• Hold a valid SIA License – Door Supervisor or Security Guarding

• Possess strong observational and analytical skills

• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication

• Remain calm in challenging situations

• Availability for various shifts, including weekends and evenings
