Key Responsibilities:
• Execute regular area patrols to ensure safety
• Record incidents and manage equipment issues
• Interact professionally with residents and contractors
• Follow emergency procedure protocols diligently
• Handle and resolve resident complaints effectively
Requirements:
• Experience in Concierge Security roles
• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License
• Certification in First Aid and CPR preferred
• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
• Physical capability to lift up to 40 pounds
