Oversee the security at BMO Field for FIFA World Cup 2026 as the Security Manager with TKO Group Holdings. Lead a dedicated team focused on maintaining safety protocols and enhancing guest experiences.

As the Security Manager, you will manage a talented team at TKO Group Holdings, ensuring strict adherence to security protocols at BMO Field.

Your role is essential to foster coordination among different teams and maintain access control for VIP and guest areas during high-stake events. You’ll address security discrepancies and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead training for access staff on security protocols

• Enforce access rules in restricted zones

• Monitor crowd safety and compliance

• Work with Venue IT and FIFA Accreditation

• Provide timely reporting of incidents

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years in security management

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice or similar

• Capacity for calm decision-making under pressure

• Fluent in English;
Spanish preferred for venues in Mexico

• Willingness to work irregular hours in stadium settings
