Evening Security Concierge

As a Security Concierge, you will be engaging with residents and ensuring their needs are met. The position requires a self-motivated, outgoing individual with excellent communication and organizational skills. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe environment and facilitating access for authorized vendors within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify residents’ needs and provide accurate information

• Enforce safety protocols and access control measures

• Conduct routine property patrols and respond to emergencies

• Maintain confidentiality and protect resident information

• Document daily occurrences and incidents accurately

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in hospitality or security foundations an asset

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs comfortably

• Strong communication skills for effective service
