Campus Security Rapid Response

Position: Campus Security Rapid Response Full-Time Role
Join the passionate security team at Seneca Polytechnic as a Full-Time Rapid Response officer. Provide critical support for campus safety and customer service to our diverse community.

In this full-time role, you will responsibly conduct patrols, respond to emergencies, and assist students and staff across the academic environment. This position includes varied rotating hours and requires a personal vehicle for optimal responsiveness. You will collaborate with local emergency services and help with crowd management during campus events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out proactive foot and vehicle patrols

• Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents

• Deliver excellent customer service to campus community

• Enforce campus policies and assist during events

• Create thorough reports and contribute to investigations

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Ontario Security Guard License and CPR Level C

• Excellent communication and professional attitude

• Experience in security or healthcare is an asset

• Must have legal authorization to work in Canada

• Required certifications in Use of Force and MOAB preferred
