• Manage emergency and community-related calls

• Promptly connect callers to the right security contacts

• Operate equipment for communication and information relay

• Manage high call volume with composure

• Prioritize dispatch responsibilities effectively

Requirements:

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License needed

• Certification in First Aid & CPR Level C required

• Commitment to full-time 12-hour shifts

• Strong skills in communication and report writing
