Step into the role of Operations Coordinator in Purolator's Security Control Tower, located in Etobicoke, ON. Your expertise in security monitoring and incident management will be essential.
This 12-month contract position focuses on stabilizing security processes and improving service delivery. As an Operations Coordinator, you'll manage various security monitoring systems while collaborating with Loss Prevention and other teams to enhance network operations. The role operates on a rotating 10-hour schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee alarm monitoring and incident dispatch
• Conduct video reviews for theft and safety investigations
• Manage employee access and create case reports
• Utilize data to identify service improvement opportunities
• Train operations team on best practices
Requirements:
• At least 3 years in a security-related role
• Knowledge of CCTV and access control technology
• Familiarity with Transportation Security protocols
• Ability to interpret facility layouts
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
