Position: Transit Security Specialist at Metrolinx

In this key role, you'll conduct thorough compliance audits to support security programs and contribute to the development of security procedures that align with corporate and legislative standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform compliance audits and assessments on security protocols

• Review corporate security policies for compliance enhancement

• Implement and lead security training programs

• Liaise with external stakeholders on security initiatives

• Analyze incident data and trends for improvements

Requirements:

• Degree in Security, Law Enforcement, or a related field

• Proven experience in security systems in a transportation context

• Previous experience with Access Control systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Required to pass Ontario security clearances
