As a Monitoring Center Agent, your primary duties will include monitoring alarms, documenting responses, and managing emergency situations effectively. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to alarms and monitor systems for irregular activities
• Contact emergency services as required during alarm events
• Maintain accurate records of all monitoring actions
• Interact with customers about security inquiries
• Foster a culture of continuous service improvement
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Call center experience is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends
• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational abilities
