Mall Patrol Guard

Position: Full-Time Mall Patrol Guard Role
Join UNIFOR TEC Security as a Mall Patrol Guard at the Toronto Eaton Centre. This full-time position focuses on ensuring safety, enforcing policies, and offering customer assistance.

As a Mall Patrol Guard, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure shopping environment while assisting tenants and patrons. The role includes responding to emergencies and enforcing access control. Successful candidates should be available for varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patrols of the entire shopping complex

• Manage emergency situations effectively and efficiently

• Assist tenants and customers with security-related requests

• Enforce regulations per the Centre’s rules consistently

• Document incidents and manage a detailed memo book

Requirements:

• Must hold valid CPR and First Aid Certificates

• Acquire and maintain a valid Security Guard license

• Complete Use of Force training as required annually

• Understand Occupational Health & Safety Act

• Participate in mandatory training sessions
