Position: Full-Time Security Supervisor - Educational Facility

As a Security Supervisor in an Educational Facility, you will be leading a team of guards, ensuring that security operations run smoothly and providing exceptional customer service. You will work with people from all shifts in a dynamic environment.

L6T 1B4Responsibilities for Tactical Security Supervisor
Lead a team of on-site security guardsManage and maintain the daily schedule of the teamEnsure all security guards follow and stay updated on instructionsIssue and manage access cardsComplete daily reports and incident reportsAll other related dutiesQualifications for Tactical Security Supervisor
Be authorized to work in CanadaHold a valid Ontario Secuity Guard LicenseHold a valid WSIB approved First Aid and CPR certificationExcellent leadership skills1-3 years of Tactical Supervisory experience in security and team managementAbility to stand and walk throughout shiftCompletion of recognized basic self-defence training program, Criminal Code and Trespass to Property Act powers of arrest.Will have proven attitude and performance attributes indicative of a community policing environment.Be a self-starter with strong initiative.This posting is for a position that is currently vacant within the organization.
