Toronto Security Concierge

Position: Toronto Security Concierge Role Available
Join First Service Residential as a Security Concierge in Toronto, ON, and contribute to resident safety and satisfaction. Work evenings and weekends while utilizing your communication skills and attention to detail.

In this role, you’ll assist residents by identifying their needs and ensuring a secure environment. A successful candidate will be detail-oriented and calm under pressure, with a valid Ontario Security License. You’ll also manage vendor access and uphold safety regulations throughout the properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clarify resident needs and provide necessary directions

• Schedule access for vendors and maintain security procedures

• Patrol the premises and address safety concerns

• Ensure proper documentation of daily occurrences

• Handle customer inquiries with professionalism

Requirements:

• Must possess a valid Ontario Security License

• Completion of high school level education preferred

• College coursework in related fields beneficial

• Capability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
