Key Responsibilities:
• Provide customer service at the front desk
• Communicate with various stakeholders effectively
• Enforce security protocols and emergency measures
• Address resident concerns to ensure satisfaction
• Collaborate with property management and assist when needed
Requirements:
• Residential Concierge Security experience is a must
• Valid Ontario Security License needed
• Good written and oral communication skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift and remain active during shifts
