Director of Security & Resiliency Ontario

Elevate security protocols as Metro's Director of Security & Resiliency in Ontario. Lead loss prevention, fraud management, and investigations across our retail operations.

In this key leadership role, the Director will report to the Senior Director of Enterprise Security & Resilience, managing strategic initiatives in loss prevention and asset protection. You'll ensure compliance, oversee security incidents, and drive improvements across Quebec and Ontario, partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams in loss prevention and fraud investigations

• Develop asset protection strategies and programs

• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards

• Oversee incident investigations and action plans

• Monitor crime trends and drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bilingual in French and English

• Bachelor's degree required;
Master's preferred

• 10+ years in security or loss prevention

• 5+ years of leadership experience

• Strong expertise in security technologies
