As a Security Supervisor, you will report directly to management while leveraging your 2+ years of security experience. Your responsibilities will include monitoring high-rise buildings, conducting foot patrols, and maintaining communication with site supervisors. You'll also lead initiatives to ensure safety and security protocols are followed thoroughly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct foot patrols within high-rise buildings

• Monitor access points and secure areas during shifts

• Document incidents, patrols, and daily logs

• Communicate effectively with site supervisors and management

• Respond to alarms and security emergencies promptly

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario security guard license

• CPR/first aid level C certification required

• Minimum 2 years of security experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work weekends and holidays
