VA Leaside prepares to open in Fall 2026, we seek friendly and professional Overnight Concierge team members. This role requires a mix of hospitality, security monitoring, and emergency response skills. You will ensure the safety of our community through vigilance, excellent communication, and positive interactions with residents and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm, professional support for community members and visitors

• Monitor building access and secure entrances after hours

• Conduct regular security rounds throughout community spaces

• Respond promptly to emergency situations and community requests

• Support and communicate during shift handovers effectively

Requirements:

• Experience in hospitality or related fields preferred

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Capability to manage challenging situations calmly

• Valid CPR/First Aid certification required

• Ability to work overnight shifts and weekends
