• Monitor access control systems and CCTV
• Conduct regular patrols of the facility (foot and vehicle)
• Maintain a strong security presence in a high‑profile environment
• Communicate professionally with site personnel, management, and security teams
• Respond to incidents and emergencies in a calm and efficient manner
• Complete detailed reports and maintain accurate logs
• Ensure smooth shift transitions and consistent site coverage
• Perform site inspections to uphold strict security standards

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) or relevant work experience
• 1–2 years of experience in a hospital, corporate office, or similar high‑security environment
• Must be 25 years of age or older (company vehicle insurance requirement)
• Valid Ontario G‑Class Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Must be eligible to work full‑time (40 hours per week) in Canada
• Valid Ontario Security Guard License
• Standard First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain; reimbursement provided)
• Experience with CCTV monitoring and access control systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer use
• Physically able to perform extended foot patrols (indoor and outdoor)
• Ability to operate a vehicle in all weather conditions
• Capable of standing/walking for long periods, climbing stairs, and lifting up to 15 kg
• Robust communication and customer service skills
