Security Concierge Ontario

Position: Security Concierge Needed in Ontario
Become a pivotal part of First Service Residential as a Security Concierge in Toronto, ON. This role entails customer service, safety enforcement, and supporting residents with their daily needs from Tuesday through Saturday.

As a Security Concierge, you'll be responsible for engaging with residents and ensuring their queries are addressed promptly. The ideal candidate is someone self-motivated, with exceptional communication skills and attention to detail. Your talents will be used to manage safety protocols while enhancing the community's overall reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address residents' inquiries and concerns

• Enforce safety, access control, and confidentiality

• Perform regular patrols of the properties

• Document logs and incidents as required

• Assist emergency services when necessary

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License is mandatory

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in hospitality or security advantageous

• Must be able to lift 50 lbs safely

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
