Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario

Position Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.75 per hour

Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 00:00 – 8:00 and 00:00 – 12:00

We are seeking an experienced Security Professional – Residential Overnight to oversee one of our residential sites in Downtown Toronto, ON. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be willing to work night shifts, and be able to work with a dynamic security team.

• Experience of 6–12 months in residential security guard duties
• Basic computer and wireless technology skills
• Excellent written and oral communication
• Valid Ontario Security License
• Eligible to work in Canada up to 40 hours per week
• First Aid and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset
• High school diploma or equivalent / GED or equivalent work experience
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods, climb stairs occasionally, and lift or carry up to 40 pounds

• Conduct regular patrols of the designated area to ensure safety and security of the premises
• Maintain detailed records of patrols, documenting incidents, irregularities, and equipment malfunctions
• Communicate effectively with residents, property management, contractors, and other staff
• Maintain a professional attitude toward training and security protocols, including emergency response and communications
• Address and resolve resident complaints to ensure client satisfaction
• Support property management with additional tasks as required
