Weekend Security Guard at Paladin

Join Paladin as a weekend Security Guard at Hudson’s Bay Centre. This role focuses on maintaining safety and customer service within a dynamic environment in downtown Toronto.

As a Security Guard, you will ensure a secure atmosphere for tenants and visitors during weekends. You'll conduct regular patrols, respond to incidents, and assist with crowd management in busy times. Your strong observation skills and ability to handle high-pressure situations will be key in this essential role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a visible presence to deter threats

• Conduct regular patrols of the property

• Monitor site activity for security concerns

• Respond to incidents and emergencies effectively

• Provide customer service to tenants and visitors

Requirements:

• Security License eligibility in Ontario

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Previous security or customer service experience

• Excellent communication skills and situational awareness

• Ability to work as part of a team
