Position: Tactical Security Guard in Downtown
Become a vital security presence as a Tactical Security Guard in Downtown Toronto. Provide safety and support with professionalism and compassion at our parking facilities.

Garda World is looking for Tactical Security Guards dedicated to maintaining public safety. You’ll engage with the public empathetically, de-escalate conflicts, and act as a first responder in emergencies. This role requires you to patrol parking environments and monitor surveillance systems, ensuring a secure atmosphere for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with the public with empathy and respect

• Patrol parking facilities and maintain a visible presence

• De-escalate conflicts calmly using sound judgment

• Act as the first responder in emergencies

• Monitor alarms and ensure incident responses

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence required

• Minimum 1 year tactical experience necessary

• Must possess First Aid and CPR certification

• Authorization to work in Canada

• Able to commit to full-time 12-hour shifts
