Event Security Guard at Allied Universal

Join Allied Universal as an Event Security Guard at the Toronto Waterfront Fairgrounds. Your experience in crowd control and emergency response will help ensure a safe environment this summer.

We are seeking candidates for a temporary three-month contract to support a premier annual exhibition. Ideal candidates will possess a valid Ontario security guard license, Smart Serve certification, and First Aid & CPR training. Previous crowd management experience and a solid background in security are preferred for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain a secure environment at event venues

• Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points

• Respond to emergencies with professionalism

• Prepare detailed incident reports quickly

• Provide exceptional customer service to attendees

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario security guard license

• First Aid & CPR certification

• Valid Smart Serve certification

• 6 months to 1 year of security experience

• Strong communication skills and computer proficiency
