Security Operations Manager Raptors

Ensure the safety of the Toronto Raptors' players and staff as a full-time Security Operations Manager ist in team travel and event security operations while developing risk mitigation plans.

As part of MLSE, you will report to the Director of Security and focus on supporting protective services and security operations for the team. With a minimum of five years in law enforcement or sports security, you will effectively navigate emergency scenarios and coordinate security efforts at various venues such as hotels, arenas, and training facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel with the team for games and practices

• Coordinate security at hotels, airports, and venues

• Conduct security assessments and risk mitigation plans

• Monitor and respond to security incidents and threats

• Maintain incident reports and operational documentation

Requirements:

• At least 5 years in law enforcement or sports security

• Experience managing security in public-facing environments

• Strong knowledge of emergency response and incident management

• Ability to work flexible hours and extensive travel

• Competence in building relationships with security partners
