Security Concierge

Become a Security Concierge with First Service Residential, serving in various locations like Toronto, Markham, and Mississauga. This role focuses on ensuring resident safety and providing top-tier customer service.

As a vital part of our security team, you will work in various environments while assisting residents with information and services. The ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, stays composed under pressure, and is detail-oriented. Your main duties will include managing access for vendors and upholding safety protocols, ensuring a secure living environment for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with questions and directions

• Manage communication and screening of messages

• Schedule access for authorized vendors

• Maintain confidentiality and guest privacy

• Enforce safety procedures and monitor premises

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security License required

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Experience in hospitality or security advantageous

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods

• Exceptional customer service skills
