Become the first point of contact as a Concierge at the iconic Toronto Eaton Centre. This role emphasizes exceptional customer service and active safety coordination in a vibrant environment.

As a Concierge for this premier downtown destination, you'll ensure a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors alike. Your duties will include managing access control, resolving safety concerns, and facilitating transportation for guests. This position is designed for service-oriented professionals who excel in communication and thrive on creating positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors with a warm, confident presence

• Manage property access for authorized personnel

• Maintain awareness of safety concerns and disturbances

• Assist with inquiries, offering directions and transportation

• Collaborate with management and security services for seamless operations

Requirements:

• Valid Security License in Ontario

• First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Customer service experience with positive public interaction

• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills

• Legal authorization to work in Canada
