Lead Security Shift Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support security personnel on shift

• Schedule staff and ensure full site coverage

• Conduct regular security patrols and inspections

• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and complaints

• Train new staff and maintain certification compliance

Requirements:

• Valid Ontario Security Guard License

• Minimum of 2 years healthcare security experience

• Valid First Aid & CPR Level C certification

• Clear Vulnerable Sector Check

• Knowledge of Use of Force and Management of Aggressive Behavior
