Position: Back of House Security Specialist Role

As a crucial member of the A.S.P. team, you will guarantee the safety of patrons and manage security for events in a vibrant environment. Your capabilities in maintaining order during high-traffic events will be essential, as will your commitment to professionalism and teamwork in high-stress situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor perimeters and controlled access points

• Perform detailed site inspections for security compliance

• Engage with attendees to uphold exceptional service

• Execute static and mobile patrols efficiently

• Document incidents occurring during your shifts

Requirements:

• At least one year of security experience

• Valid Use of Force certificate preferred

• Ontario Security Guard License required

• Experience in de-escalation and decision-making

• Ability to endure outdoor conditions and walk extensively
